Clifton Road N8 - Basement & Kitchen Extension

We completely refurbished the house, extended it outwards and added a basement.

In the basement we created a home cinema suite, a steam room and large utility room. To the rear, and again due to the siting on the hill, we created a cavenous kitchen/diner spaces measuring 10m x 6.5 m and at its highest point 3.6m high. A complete renovation of the entire building fabric both internally and externally was undertaken along with extensive hard and soft landscaping to both front and rear gardens.

Completion Date May 2013. Contract Period 44 weeks.
