The Experience I had working with NGS and team was the most positive building experience I have had to date. The building schedule was six months and from the day they arrived until the day they finished they cracked on with the job at an impressive rate and I cannot fault their workmanship. The guys at NGS are simply the best! The quality of their workmanship is fantastic; that’s the main thing! But almost as importantly this crew has really understood it’s the way that the service is delivered is important also. They’re friendly, honest, prompt, respectful and approachable. A few other things to note: nothing is too difficult for them. They focus on completing the job. They appreciate it’s your house they’re in, and keep things tidy. Having people you can trust for all aspects of the job, means you leave them to it, and enjoy the process.

NGS worked with us during a year period on a major extension and refurbishment of our Edward house (4,00sq ft- extended by 2,500). We approached the project with a lot of caution given the reputation of the building trade. We heard good reports about NGS from friends who had worked with them and our architect but still thought it would be difficult experience.

We were absolutely amazed at how decent hard working, transparent and skilful everyone on NGS team was. We could not have hoped to meet a better group of people to work with. Family and friends who stayed with us always commented on how the quality of people on site, their work and how they behaved. Over and above the build quality and cost conscious approach we found, what stands out is the reliability and genuine friendliness of the team.

They were efficient, friendly and patient (this was our first such experience) and also cost-efficient compared to other companies we considered.

Our Experience with Neil and his Team was unlike any other experience we have had with Builders.He is Approachable and respectful and listens to your queries. He always answers his phone or at least calls back very quickly. Most importantly he is Honest and sticks to the budget and to the time frame! The Quality of the work is also unquestionable and we have had tons of compliments about our beautiful home. They are coming back to do the garden next month!
